Burbank, CA - It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of WEB Paul Ryan, an actor, producer, and television personality known for his work on Entertainment Tonight and other popular shows. Ryan passed away on Thursday, April 23, 2015, at Providence Saint Joseph Medical Center in Burbank, California, after a courageous battle with leukemia.

Ryan, born Bernard Paul Feldman in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on June 11, 1945, had a long and successful career in the entertainment industry. He began his career as an actor, appearing in films such as Desperate and The Real Charlie Chaplin. However, Ryan is best known for his work as a television producer and host.

In 1981, Ryan joined Entertainment Tonight as a correspondent. He quickly became a fan favorite with his charming personality and engaging interviews. Ryan remained with Entertainment Tonight for over a decade, becoming one of the show's most recognizable faces.

After leaving Entertainment Tonight, Ryan continued to work as a producer and host on various television shows. He also produced and starred in several documentaries, including The History of Hollywood and The Making of Star Wars.

Ryan was a dedicated philanthropist and a strong advocate for cancer research. He was a board member of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and supported numerous other charitable organizations.

Ryan is survived by his wife, two children, and four grandchildren. His family and friends will miss him dearly.
